Hotel Roemerstein

We loved how friendly and helpful the staff were and how exceptionally clean the bathrooms were, just wonderful! The breakfast was also great with different choices and really good coffee. The hotel is close to the university campus and has a bus stop just a two-minute walk away, so you have convenient transportation into town every 30 minutes. There is a bus schedule next to the door of the hotel, too, so you can plan your trips. It's nice and quiet which we prefer over the hustle and bustle of downtown hotels.

Hotel Roemerstein is a family run small hotel situated in a quiet location close to Mainz University with easy assess to the city centre and the friendly helpful staff.

Very nice, helpful and generally likeable staff and overall it is a good value for a reasonable price.

Ideal location for visitors to the university. A quiet location slightly away from the centre but well connected to it.

Very calm location, not far from a bus station, city center 20 minutes. Bus each 30 minutes. Parking place available in front of the hotel. Nice breakfast, clean room, TV with CNN, BBC and TV5mode - other channels just in German.
